Returns & Refunds policy

1. No Returns or Refunds
   We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders once they are placed. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

2. Exchanges for Damaged or Misfit Items
   If your item arrives damaged or does not fit as expected, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item or incorrect fit, and we will arrange for a replacement.

3. Wrong Item Delivered
   In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item and send you a new one, but the customer will need to cover the minimal delivery charges for the replacement.

4. Processing Time for Replacements
   Once a replacement is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days, and shipped to you at no extra charge.
